In addition to the golf course there are a variety of facilities available at the sports centre which has tennis courts, a gym, basketball and a 5-a-side football pitch. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to any of the other Polaris World resorts and golfers can follow the Nicklaus trail.
You will have access to all Polaris World resorts and facilities, including La Torre, Mar Manor and El Valle, all between 10 and 30 min drive. There is also a shuttle bus from Hacienda Riquelme which will connect you to the other Polaris World golf resorts.
Alicante airport is just 45 minutes away and Murcia-San Javier airport is 15 minutes away.
By road there will be a connection to the Murcia-San Javier motorway just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the resort and 7 minutes away from the new Alicante-Cartagena motorway when completed.
The train station at Balzicas, only 10 minutes away, provides local train services to Cartagena and Murcia as well as high speed services to Madrid.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and banks in Sucina, the village next to the resort and also at Los Alcazares which is about 20 minutes away by car. The beaches are just 15 minutes along the Mar Menor which extends round to the La Manga strip.
